Public Disclosure Requests

Veterans Legacy Collective complies with all applicable IRS public disclosure requirements.

The organization will make available all documents required to be disclosed under federal law upon request.

Please review our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before submitting a request. By clicking “submit” on our contact forms, emailing or mailing request, you agree to both.

Requests should be submitted in writing via the Contact Us, by email or by mail and include sufficient detail to process the request, such as:

  • Full name

  • Business name (if applicable)

  • Mailing address

  • Email address

  • Contact phone number

  • Specific documents requested

Documents will be provided electronically when possible at no cost. Reasonable fees for copying and postage may apply for physical copies, as permitted by law.

If a request is submitted and confirmation is not received within a reasonable period, follow-up is recommended to ensure receipt.

Incomplete requests may require additional information before processing.
