We help veterans understand the VA disability compensation system with clarity and integrity. Our role is strictly educational and connective: we explain how eligibility works, walk veterans through the process and timelines, help them understand ratings and decisions they receive, and connect them with VA-accredited representatives, claims agents, or Veterans Service Organizations when formal claims assistance is needed.
Veterans Legacy Collective does not prepare, present, or prosecute claims before the VA. We do not charge fees for any service. Our purpose is to help veterans avoid common errors, recognize predatory practices, and access trustworthy, accredited assistance for the benefits they have earned.

We help veterans understand and use the housing benefits they have earned, including VA-backed home loans, property tax exemptions, and state and local programs that support homeownership and stability. Our role is educational: helping veterans evaluate options for primary residences, understand long-term wealth-building through real estate, and avoid common pitfalls.
We also maintain a network of trusted, veteran-aligned real estate professionals — agents, brokers, and lenders — who understand veteran-specific benefits. Veterans Legacy Collective does not act as a real estate brokerage, receive commissions, or guarantee any financial outcome from working with referred professionals.

We help veterans and their families connect with employers committed to meaningful, long-term veteran employment. Our work is focused on the veteran side of the equation: helping veterans identify employers who actively hire and retain veteran talent, understand how their military experience translates to civilian roles, and pursue opportunities aligned with their skills and goals.
We also publish educational resources for employers who want to understand the federal, state, and local programs that support veteran hiring — including the Work Opportunity Tax Credit, training and apprenticeship subsidies, and state workforce initiatives. These resources are general and educational. Employers seeking to apply for specific tax credits or workforce programs should work with their own tax, payroll, or HR professionals, or with a state workforce agency, to ensure proper documentation and timely filing.
Veterans Legacy Collective does not prepare or submit tax credit applications, WOTC certifications, or related filings on behalf of any employer.

We support veterans across the full range of economic pathways — whether that means launching and growing a business, transitioning into a new career, sharpening skills for a stronger position in the workforce, or finding meaningful employment with veteran-supportive employers. Veterans bring discipline, leadership, and proven capability; our role is to help translate that into clarity, opportunity, and long-term economic independence.
For veteran entrepreneurs, we provide education and connection at every stage — from those exploring a first business idea to established operators looking to scale, pivot, or build toward long-term ownership and legacy. We help veterans clarify their business model, understand the fundamentals of formation, operations, and compliance, and develop the financial and strategic literacy needed to grow responsibly. We maintain a network of experienced advisors, mentors, and veteran-aligned operators across industries who share their time and insight, and where appropriate we make introductions to capital sources, lenders, and funding programs that support veteran-owned businesses.
For veterans focused on career and employment, we provide skills development guidance, resume and interview preparation support, and help translating military experience into civilian roles. We connect veterans with employers committed to meaningful, long-term veteran employment, with our network of mentors who can offer industry-specific insight, and with education and certification pathways that strengthen long-term earning potential.
Veterans Legacy Collective does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, does not act as a broker, lender, or investment advisor, and is not an employment or staffing agency. Our purpose is to help veterans build durable, ethical, and economically independent paths forward — whether through ownership, employment, or both — that strengthen their families and communities.
